1. Who is responsible for your data
Hello Human, based in Chile, is responsible for the personal data we receive through this site and our services.
For any question or request about your data, write to hola@hellohuman.cl.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to help you:
- What you type in the contact form: your name, your email or phone and your message.
- What you type in the Faro free review form: your name, your business name, its website, the city and your email or phone.
- What you tell us if you email us directly.
- Basic technical data, such as the IP address and browser type, that our hosting provider processes to serve the site and protect it from abuse and attacks.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors: it only counts page views, which site visits come from, the country and the type of device. To prepare the Faro report we also look at public information about your business, such as your website and what AI assistants answer about it.
3. What we use it for
We use your data only to:
- Reply to your message.
- Schedule the free Faro review.
- Prepare the report or proposal you ask for and follow up on it.
- Keep the site working and secure.
We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
4. Why we can use it (legal basis)
When you send us a form or write to us, you give us your consent to use that data for the purposes above. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
We also have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, following up on what they asked for and protecting the site. If we reach a service agreement with you, we also use your data to perform that contract.
5. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the service and process the data on our behalf, following our instructions:
- Cloudflare: hosting, delivery and protection of the site, and visit counting without cookies.
- Google Workspace: the email service where we receive and answer your messages.
- Supabase: the database where we record the requests you send us.
- Resend: the email service that notifies us when a form arrives; forms go to our own server, are recorded in our CRM on Supabase and are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.
We never sell your data. We would only hand it to an authority if the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may process your data on servers outside Chile. We work with providers that apply appropriate security measures and safeguards to protect the data, as the law requires.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while we need it to reply to you and follow up on your request. As a general rule, we delete or anonymize it up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract with you or the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Your rights and how to exercise them
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
- Access: know what data of yours we hold and how we use it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it.
- Objection: ask us to stop using it for a given purpose.
- Portability: receive your data in a commonly used format.
- Blocking: ask us to temporarily suspend its use.
To exercise any of these rights, email hola@hellohuman.cl from your own address and tell us what you need. We will reply within the time limit set by law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency.
9. Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures: the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the data is limited to the Hello Human people who handle your request, and we work with providers that look after the security of their services.
10. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses, not at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we received any, we delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date.
